He's stoned ALL THE TIME! I wish we could get to the press-we could dispel every rumor about stupidity, alcoholism, autism, dyslexia, all of the stuff that people have written articles and BOOKS about, for god's sake!

The guy is high as a kite, 24/7. Now that we know it is Rumsfeld in drag filling our candy dishes with various mild painkillers, we also know that Rummy is pouring serious shit down Bush's throat - Perc's, Oxy, a wild cocktail of Soma and morphine tablets. The guy is so stoned it is amazing he doesn't just keel over. Just look at those pictures. One cannot look this ridiculous in public and not know people are laughing at you unless you are 100% splattered on drugs.
